Join us for a high time in Jesus' name this Sunday. We're allowing people to register because we want to see your face in the place. All registrants must submit a liability waiver before entering the building. If you have previously submitted a waiver, we will have yours on file. Children will need a waiver signed on behalf of the parents as well.

Kingdom Kids' services will not be available.

While participating in any event held at Praise Tabernacle International, Inc., social distancing will be practiced and face coverings must be worn at all times to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. PTI has preventative measures in place to protect any person entering the building; however, PTI cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected.

By registering and receiving access to attend an event in the building, I acknowledge that I willingly engage in this PTI event, and I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST PTI, its Pastors, leaders, board of directors and members from any and all liability which may occur, including any and all health, respiratory, COVID-19 or its related issues.
